Pricing
Priced by the door. Not by the seat.
Three plans, separated by how much of the work the agents take on. No charge for users, no charge for resident conversations, and no separate bill for the system of record.
The system of record, plus the agent that answers the call that cannot wait until morning.
Book a demoEvery agent turned on. The unit gets filled, the vendor gets paid, and the books close without anyone chasing them.
Book a demoFor portfolios where the org chart is the hard part — multiple entities, regions with their own rules, and analysts who need the raw data.

FAQ
Questions about the bill.
What counts as a door?+
Every unit under management, occupied or vacant. Student housing counts by the bed, group homes by the room, and commercial by the suite — the same way you count them internally.
Why is the Maintenance agent in the entry plan?+
Because it is the work that never waits. Most platforms put their AI in the top tier; we put the agent that answers the 2am text in the first one. Leasing, accounting, and bill pay are the ones that follow a policy you have to set up first, so they sit in Complete.
Are there per-seat fees?+
No. Add every person in your office, your regional managers, and your owners at no additional cost.
Do you charge for resident conversations?+
No. The agents can text, email, and talk to residents as much as the work requires — volume is never a line item.
Can we start on Core and add agents later?+
Yes. Agents turn on per portfolio and prorate from the day you enable them. Most operators start with Maintenance, then move to Complete at the next turn cycle.
When does Enterprise make sense?+
When the shape of your organization is the hard part — multiple entities or funds, different autonomy rules by region or owner, a data warehouse your analysts live in, or a migration off more than one incumbent system at once.
What about payment processing?+
ACH is included. Card payments carry the processor’s fee at cost, passed through without a markup — you choose whether to absorb it or pass it to the resident where your jurisdiction allows.
Is there a minimum?+
No. There is no minimum door count and no minimum contract value. You pay for the doors you have, and the count adjusts as your portfolio changes.
